Structural features:
1. The roller is made of vanadium titanium alloy cold cast iron, with hard and wear-resistant surface. The front and rear rollers are grooved, and the inner cavity is processed to make the roller surface temperature uniform.
2. The machine is equipped with overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.
3. The machine is equipped with emergency braking. In case of emergency, pull the pull rod and the machine will brake immediately, which is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission system adopts NGW hard tooth surface planetary reducer or herringbone gear reducer, with compact structure, low noise, high efficiency and long service life.
5. The machine adopts integral base or split base, which is convenient for installation.
6. The machine is equipped with scraper and crimping device, which can take materials off the roll.
