The list is sorted according to the total operating income in the fourth quarter of 2020 and the first three quarters of 2021, and is divided into four categories: tires, non-tires, raw and auxiliary materials, and rubber machinery molds.
In the tire category top 20 list, 4 enterprises including Sailun Group and Qingdao Double Star are on the list. Among the non-tire enterprises, 6 Qingdao enterprises including Qingdao Rubber Six Conveyor Belt Co., Ltd. Lang Special Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. occupies two seats in the top 10 rubber machinery list.
From tires, rubber machinery to conveyor belts, hoses, seals and other rubber products, this list shows the strong industrial foundation of Qingdao's rubber industry.
Owns three tire listed companies
The tire industry is in an absolute leading position in the rubber industry chain, and the tire output value accounts for more than 60% of the entire industry chain. In the tire category, Sailun Group Co., Ltd., Qingdao Shuangxing Tire Industry Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Sentirin Tire Co., Ltd. are three tire companies on the list, of which Sailun Group ranks third with a revenue of 16.71 billion yuan. Qingdao Shuangxing and Qingdao Senkylin ranked 11th and 17th with revenue of 6.95 billion yuan and 5.04 billion yuan respectively.
These three companies are all listed companies in the rubber industry. Qingdao Sentylin's 2021 annual report shows that in the whole year of last year, in the face of unfavorable factors such as increased export costs and soaring raw material prices caused by repeated epidemics, Sentury completed 22.4405 million tires, an increase of 11.30% over the same period last year. The operating income was 5.177 billion yuan, an increase of 10.03% over the same period of the previous year. The operating income of Sailun Group in the first three quarters was 13.245 billion yuan, an increase of 18.65% year-on-year, and the output of tires was 33.34 million.
In recent years, Qingdao local tire companies have started overseas expansion. Sailun Group Cambodia factory "annual production of 9 million semi-steel radial tires" and Vietnam's third phase of "annual production of 3 million semi-steel tires, 1 million all-steel tires and 50,000 tons of off-road tire projects" are accelerating .
Senturylin is also making every effort to promote its international layout. Since September last year, it has established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and Spain. The expansion project of Senturin Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 6 million high-performance semi-steel radial tires and 2 million high-performance all-steel radial tires is in progress. Qingdao Shuangxing has also realized its overseas layout by increasing its capital in Kumho Vietnam.
At the technical level of the industry, these three tire companies also show their strengths. Sailun Group and Qingdao Shuangxing have each launched new tire products starting from new tire materials. Sailun Group has developed and produced liquid gold tires, and Qingdao Shuangxing has recently launched "rare earth gold" tires. Qingdao Senturin began to develop aviation tire research and development in early 2010, and the high-end product layout continued to advance.
Occupy "half of the country" of rubber machinery
The advantages of Qingdao rubber industry are more obvious in the list of rubber machinery. MESNAC's revenue topped the list, and Qingdao Hailang Special Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qingdao Shuangxing Group, ranked 10th.
The total revenue of the 10 companies on the list is about 10.8 billion yuan, and MESNAC occupies "half of the country" with a revenue of 4.49 billion yuan. The second place on the list, Sachi Group and the third place, Dalian Rubber & Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd., had revenue of 1.52 billion yuan and 1.45 billion yuan respectively. alone".
MESNAC is an international high-tech enterprise group developed by relying on Qingdao University of Science and Technology. The main business and technical advantages are concentrated in the field of rubber machinery, and its rubber machinery products have covered 80% of the key equipment required for tire production. In the first three quarters of 2021, revenue was 3.323 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 73.30%. The net profit was 81.5554 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 279.27%.
In the field of rubber products, our city is an important production base in China, leading domestically in products such as hoses, tapes, rubber dams, rubber fenders, and seals. Qingdao Rubber Six Conveyor Belt Co., Ltd. ranks tenth among the top ten in the conveyor belt industry, with a revenue of 160 million yuan. Qingdao Sanxiang Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Rubber Six Rubber Hose Co., Ltd. ranked sixth and seventh among the top ten rubber hose industries in the country, respectively, with revenue of 467 million yuan and 360 million yuan. Qingdao Shuangxing Celebrity Group Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Qianlixing Group Co., Ltd. ranked second and third respectively in the top ten rubber shoe industry, with revenue of 720 million yuan and 590 million yuan respectively. Lianyi Lianrun (Qingdao) Trading Co., Ltd. ranked sixth among the top seven in the rubber material industry, with a revenue of 6.22 billion yuan.
