The center of the world's rubber machinery is shifting to China
At present, Japan Kobe Steel, Netherlands VMI, Taiwan Jingyuan and Dongyu Oil Pressure among the world's top 32 have all set up joint ventures or wholly-owned enterprises in mainland China. In addition to the top 32, there are also more than 10 foreign-funded rubber machinery enterprises in my country, such as Shanghai Xima Weili, Anhui Panshi, Shenzhen Jiaxin Electronic Equipment Technology, Qingdao Xuguang and Yadong, Guilin Galaxy, Jianyang Longxiang, Guangdong Huada , Shaoxing Jingcheng, etc., most of which are small professional factories. In addition, Slovakia's Matado and Qingdao University MESNAC have implemented technical cooperation to jointly develop radial tire calendering, extrusion, cutting and forming devices. RMS Canada and Dalian Bingshan Rubber & Plastics cooperate to produce three-composite extrusion production lines, and Japan Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries and Dalian Bingshan Rubber & Plastics cooperate to produce steel cord calenders. American Farrell and Qingdao University MESNAC jointly distribute, assemble and maintain mixers. Qingdao Universal Group and Indian L&T Company jointly established a joint venture, Larsen Teboro (Qingdao) Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd., etc.
In 1995, Japan's Kobe Steel and others have successively settled in China and carried out various forms of cooperation in production, technology, capital and marketing. Most of these companies have developed rapidly and achieved proud achievements. For example, Shanghai Jingyuan Machinery's sales have surpassed that of Taiwan's headquartered companies and ranked 13th in the world. Yantai VMI's machinery sales have accounted for more than 1/4 of the total VMI in the Netherlands. Hunan Yishen exports 80% of its products and becomes the main overseas rubber machinery enterprise of Kobe Steel in Japan. The commissioning of Ningbo Dongyu has further strengthened Taiwan Dongyu Hydraulic's leading position in Asia. After Slovakia's Matado cooperated with Qingdao University MESNAC, the sales of all-steel tire building machines in China increased greatly, and it became the most active enterprise in Central Europe. In 2006, it ranked 22nd in the world of rubber machinery. In addition, the top 10 rubber machinery companies in the world, such as Germany's Krupp, Berstorff, VMI, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and other departments have resident offices in China, and other top 32 companies such as Matsuri Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Nakata Machinery Co., Ltd. also came. . Dafan and Microelectronics also set up a legal person company.
China is the world's largest producer of rubber machinery, the fastest growing region in the world, and is becoming the center of the world's rubber machinery.
