Structural features:
1. The roller is made of vanadium titanium alloy cold cast iron, with hard and wear-resistant surface. The rear roller is grooved, and the inner cavity is processed to make the roller surface temperature uniform.
2. The machine is equipped with overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.
3. The machine is equipped with emergency brake. In case of an emergency, pull the pull rod to brake the machine immediately, which is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission system adopts NGW hard tooth surface planetary reducer or herringbone gear reducer, with compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
5. The machine adopts integral base or split base, which is convenient for installation.
