Structural features

● The machine body is made of spiral channel, which has good heat conduction effect. The feeding section is equipped with feeding rollers to enhance the feeding capacity.
● Both the screw and the sleeve are made of nitrided steel, which is nitrided and has sufficient strength and wear resistance. The screw structure adopts a double-head main and auxiliary thread structure, which has good plasticizing and self-cleaning capabilities.
● The reducer adopts hard-tooth surface gear transmission and is equipped with a forced lubrication system, which has high transmission efficiency and low noise.
● The temperature of each part is automatically controlled in sections by the hot water circulation device.
● The machine is driven by AC variable frequency or DC motor, and the speed regulation has the advantages of continuous and stable.
